Add native JTA support to Camel and push the Spring TX support up to the Spring
Component. This effort should allow Camel to use any provider of JTA without
the introduction of proprietary APIs into the Camel Core.
Spring TX support should be maintained but in the Camel Spring Component, not
in the core API.
