[~njiang]: I really have mixed feelings here. Not about the code contribution,
but because we proceed here.
We have to have (for the records) a clear statement from the user that he want
(and has the right) to contribute the code. In the past, this was simply by
attaching a patch. In the Git "period", we also accept Git pull requests. I
cannot see one of them. A private conversation with the user (which isn't in
our records) doesn't fulfill these requirements in my opinion.
[~azarov]: Could you please issue a Git pull request the express your intention
to contribute these code!?
