Update docs.
Important todos:
1. Explain cacheManager names when CacheComponent is declares as a bean (cannot
have two CacheManagers with same name- incl. default name)
2. cacheManager name taken from bean name
3. doStart on CacheManagerFactory is not any more invoked on endpoint creation
(first usage) but right before cacheManager creation.
