Summary: Manage single version of Guava

We currently have multiple version properrties for Guava, although all are at
the same newest version 32. Moreover, these are still not catching all Guava
transitives which may result in inconsistencies in testing and end user apps.
Hence we should start managing a single version of Guava in camel-parent so
that we build and test all components against it.
If it turns out that some component requires a different version of guava, the
version can be overridden in that specific component.
