So RC1 pom.xml is the pom from apache-camel (eg assembly)
https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2/org/apache/camel/apache-camel/4.0.0-RC1/apache-camel-4.0.0-RC1.pom
But the RC2 pom.xml from the link above, is the root pom.xml
