Description: The camel-test-infra-artemis incorrectly creates a singleton
broker instance at all times. This makes certain tests flaky in case where they

The camel-test-infra-artemis suffer from concurrency problems. When running
with a lot of threads, sometimes the tests hangs when the broker is
auto-deleting queues. It doesn't happen always, only in some rare
circumstances.)
