We had supported this for a while with Spring, see section _Using property
placeholders for any kind of attribute in the XML DSL_ at:
http://camel.apache.org/using-propertyplaceholder.html
We should add support for this with blueprint as well. Though it requires that
we enlist the placeholder as a namespace so blueprint knows about it.
