As we are in the Transition phase from camel-rabbitmq to camel-spring-rabbitmq,
one major dependency during the development phase is the auto declaration of
exchanges, queues and bindings.
As per the Spring Rabbit MQ Documentation, the "autoDeclare" property is only
enabled for Consumers in contrast to the "declare" property that is common for
both Producers and Consumers.
If it is Planned for Camel 4, I request you to please port it in Camel 3 as
well as not everyone can move to Camel 4 right away.
