Yes SpringErrorHandlerDefinition is needed for legacy spring xml via jaxb
(camel-spring-xml) that is to be deprecated and removed in the future. The XML
DSL is to be xml-io DSL based.
We need to keep it as-is to keep both of them working. But we should make the
EIP doc enricher skip the errorHandler part so it does not change the keep
changing the file on random.
