I added a new EIP for setHeaders and created the file
core/camel-core-engine/src/main/docs/modules/eips/pages/setHeaders-eip.adoc.
Running maven in the docs directory didn't add the an xref to the new file to
core/camel-core-engine/src/main/docs/modules/eips/nav.adoc which is supposedly
generated from a template in the docs project.
Updating the camel-website locally generated a new html file for setHeaders-eip
but there is no link to it from the TOC in the left pane. That lists only 86
EIPs which is the number of links in the eips/nav.adoc file although there are
102 files in eips/pages folder.
