Create an Apache Camel component for ElasticSearch with Low level client. The
main reasons, I would like to have this additional component are
* Lightweight: a component that is lighter than the existing Java client for
ElasticSearch.
* Retroactive Compatibility: Ensure backward compatibility with older versions
of ElasticSearch servers, considering that APIs don't change significantly.
* Versatility: Design the component to integrate seamlessly with alternative
servers, specifically OpenSearch
To avoid confusion, between the one leveraging Java client and the dropped old
component leveraging high level client, I propose to name it :
camel-elasticsearch-rest-client
