omponent.file.remote.SftpOperations : Server asks for confirmation (yes|no):
/myapp/.ssh/known_hosts does not exist.
Are you sure you want to create it?. Camel will answer no.
If you run in docker then you may want to let Camel be able to auto create the
known hosts file and dir. But Camel answer no hardcoded. So we should make this
configurable
