Fix For: 4.4.0
We need to add some exclusions to the dependabot configuration files and
improve the list in the future.
For example Vertx is a fundamental block of Quarkus and we should try to be in
sync, while for example log4j should be kept in sync with Spring Boot
Dependencies until we it aligns.
At least for the beginning it would be important to add this exclusions.
