Message headers (properties, in Service Bus parlance) are not currently
propagated to/from Camel Message headers aside from within the
{{CamelAzureServiceBusApplicationProperties}} header.
Crucially, the lack of header propagation means that *trace context propagation
does not work* when using Azure Service Bus.
I have implemented and tested the necessary header propagation. Will create a
PR once I have the JIRA number.
