At present we only allow users to configure a small fraction of the available
options on the gRPC NettyServerBuilder.
* Max inbound message size
* Max concurrent calls per connection
* Flow control window
The server builder provides many other options for idle timeouts, connection
timeouts and various other things that can be useful for performance etc.
