Fix For: 4.7.0
spring-boot and quarkus has their own logic to detect and enable debugger.
We should move this to camel-main so it can be for camel standalone only.
Otherwise we have this logic duplicated, and we need also a way for camel-main
to detect this debug eager to ensure source location is enabled that is needed
for java
