The tests does not run with fastinstall as there is some replacer that makes it
as quickly
~/workspace/camel/components/camel-kafka main *11 ❯ mvn clean install -P
fastinstall
[INFO] -Pfastinstall replaced by -Dquickly via AliasFastinstallEventSpy
