We have the opportunity to run Ollama test containers using a Hugging Face LLM
model as a file, rather than continuously pulling the model. This change could
facilitate running tests on our CI environment.

Before implementing this change, please verify which small model we can use or
embed and ensure it complies with the Apache 2 license.
