When creating the Kubernetes manifest for Camel JBang export users should be
able to choose and configure Knative service, trigger and sinkbinding resources.
By default the manifest will create an arbitrary service but users should be
able to choose a Knative service instead. Also when the Camel route connects to
a Knative broker users should be able to automatically create Knative trigger
and sinkbinding resources as part of the Kubernetes manifest.
