Both SFTP and SCP protocols are built on top of SSH, but sftp is provided by
camel-ftp (the FTP and SFTP protocols have nothing in common but their name),
scp is provided by camel-jsch, and ssh by camel-ssh.
It may be worth just introducing a new camel-sshd component that would provide
a new clean support for those 3 protocols.
