IMHO, it would be better to have a separate component for quartz2 due to the
amount of changes between quartz1 and quartz2. Also, users of Camel 2.12 would
have to upgrade to Quartz2 to use the quartz competent which is not necessarily
something they want to do, if they use Quartz1 in other parts of their
application. As for the unit tests, I will try to find time to work on them
early next week.
