There are multiple places within the tests for Camel Infinispan where the code
needs to configure the cache and manage part of its lifecycle. Not only there
is duplication on this code, but also this code relies on many details handled
by the test infra.
We should rework the code so that the configuration of the cache and the cache
manager is done by the test infra code.
