Resolved the failure of org.apache.camel.component.hashicorp.vault.springboot
test case on the ppc64le architecture in camel-spring-boot by enabling support
for a compatible HashiCorp Vault container image.
Solution:
Added a dynamic selection mechanism for container images based on the ppc64le
architecture.
Updated HashicorpVaultLocalContainerService and
[container.properties|http://container.properties/] to support
architecture-specific configurations
