We have started working on a new Camel component. It is an consumer endpoint
implementing IPDR (Internet Protocol Detail Record). We have created both: our
own implementation of the IPDR protocol and an Apache Camel component.

Component requires more tests. We have very limited access to real device
implementing IPDR, thus we could only test connection establishing. We are
unable to run any more tests with real devices. We would appreciate some help
on this ground.
