That is expected, the kamelet are used as a source (from) and it acts just like
any regular component used in a from situation.
See the bridgeErrorHandler option that a consumer can enable to let such
"internal consumer errors" be wrapped into a Camel message and routed, to let
it be handled by routing error handler.
