The modeline was an experiment from camel-k for cramming everyting into a
single file, and instruct the kamel cli to append args (modeline) when you type
kamel run.
We should deprecate modeline we have in camel-yaml-dsl / camel-dsl-modeline and
make Camel do a WARN log when starting if modeline are in use.
We do the same for the deprecated kebab-case in YAML DSL.
