I noticed (when extending test coverage for aws-secret-manager in
camel-qurkus), that the reload task `CloudTrailReloadTriggerTask` in
aws-secret-manager is not using url override. Without this parameter, the
testing with a docker image is not possible. (the properties function of the
component is using this parameter, therefore I think this is just missing code)
