As it turns out,
{{org.apache.activemq.artemis.spi.core.security.jaas.OAuth2LoginModule}} does
not even exist. I was lead astray by assuming that this already made into the
artemis code base and the login error actually comes from some authentication
issue.
In fact, this issue still depends on ENTMQBR-9329 as [explained
here|https://issues.redhat.com/browse/ENTMQBR-9329?focusedId=26474395&page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel#comment-26474395].
