Due to [compatibility
matrix|https://camel.apache.org/camel-kamelets/next/index.html#_compatibility_matrix]
we should be able to select the kamelet catalog (at least the branch, but it
would be nice to have also the repository) otherwise it seems that only main
branch is selected even if the version of the camel is older (like 4.10.x) when
a camel cli command is executed.
