Fix For: 4.x
Today camel cmd send, sends indirectly with existing running integration. But
you may also just want to send to a remote endpoint that can be running
anywhere, where you specificy all the hostname and credentials to connect.
camel cmd send --uri=mqtt:cheese?brokerUrl=xxxx --body=payload.json
