I created a camel component for Apache Iceberg:

I started with the producer endpoint (writing data into iceberg tables), I plan
to implement the consumer endpoint (basic support to list tables, and simple
data).
I'm working on the first Camel PR about that (for discussion), and I will blog
about that to showcase how it works.
