During development you may want to quickly be able to disable one or more EIPs
in routes so you dont have to stop, comment out the EIPs in source code, and
start again.
If there is APIs in Java,JMX,jbang then you can quickly do this during runtime.
When disabled the EIP is skipped but still present, and you can easily enable
it again.
