when using camel shell, then you cannot do a dir listening to see which files
there are.
It may be nice to have a ls command. And a few others like cat etc. There are
maybe some from jline we can reuse.
Also it would be nice with tab completion for file names. So you can type:
run f<TAB> and it can complete files starting with f
