We have some leftover from Camel 2.x documentation which is tagged with the
comment:
{code}
// START SNIPPET: e<x>
...
// END SNIPPET: e<x>
{code}
where x is a number. We should identify those piece of code, which, most of the
time can be removed. We need to evaluate if they are still used by any chance,
and if they are, just remove the comment which is useless at this point.
