Fix For: 4.16.0
The camel-master requires to be prefixed "master:cheese:" in the camel route
uri for routes that should be handled by it.
However we should also make it possible to use a route policy and then assign
the route policy to routes so the route consumers can be as-is.
This is what camel-zookeeper-master for example can do.
