The new-ish `oauth2BodyAuthentication` parameter needs to be added to the
documentation (introduced in 4.14).
I've successfully used it, but only found it after debugging and then reviewing
the code when trying to understand why the payload wasn't including the
`client_id` and `client_secret` in the body.
