With PR https://github.com/apache/camel/pull/19845 we're clarify the design of
the component and adding a few more test to validate the consistency of the
design. In parallel I'm trying to add to the otel agent the capability to vertx
to propagate context correctly. However, this is not a bug or feature on Camel
side.
