We should mark up component headers such as http content-type, file name, s3
bucket name, kafka topic, jms queue, sql row count, EIP split size etc which is
case by case.
And then allow tooling to know, so they can show this information in summary
commands and tracing. This can make it quicker for users to see what happens
and understand their Camel routes and data better.
