Develop a new Apache Camel component that implements the [watsonx.ai API
specification|https://cloud.ibm.com/apidocs/watsonx-ai], leveraging the
[official IBM watsonx.ai Java SDK|https://github.com/IBM/watsonx-ai-java-sdk]
as the foundation.
While existing AI integration libraries like LangChain4j and Spring AI provide
valuable abstractions, watsonx.ai offers a comprehensive set of
enterprise-grade features that extend beyond their current coverage, therefore
a dedicated Camel component would enable developers to access the full breadth
of watsonx.ai capabilities within Camel routes
