Some camel-jbang-core commands use jbang internally, for example, camel run
with --camel-version. Since camel-launcher is a standalone jar, and it is
supposed to be used without jbang on the system, we need to handle some use
cases.
In particular camel-jbang-core should handle both jbang scenarios and
camel-launcher.
