several metadata types cannot be reached anymore with the current
doclingDocument API (so need to implement on our side but missing the point of
using docling or deprecate/remove until docling reimplement them), or there is
another ay to retrieve othe rmetadata information without passing through
DoclingDocument?
no example in tests related to these metadatas.
