The component docs state "Set baseUrl to your provider’s endpoint
(default:https://api.openai.com/v1).".
But the default is only configured internally in the OpenAIOkHttpClient if no
baseUrl is set. And OpenAIEndpoint does not allow a null or empty baseUrl
option to be provided, so the default is never applied. Meaning that you always
have to explicitly provide a url.
