[There was no component for camel-observation-starter - hence filed under
"tooling"]
When upgrading from camel spring boot 4.16.0 to 4.17.0 the observability seems
broken.
Context:
* spring-boot 3.5.9 app
* actuator
* micrometer-tracing-bridge-otel
it used to work fine and be well integrated on camel 4.16.0 - but in 4.17.0
none of the camel traces show up any longer.
