When setting a default gav property via _camel config set gav ..._ such gav is
used when installing a new camel jbang plugin, via _camel plugin add myPlguin_.
This is wrong, since the plugin should use its own gav.
We need to make sure that the gav (and eventually other properties) defined by
the user via _camel config_, are not used when installing a camel jbang plugin.
