Enable the camel-openai component to act as an MCP (Model Context Protocol)
client. Users configure MCP servers directly on the endpoint URI using prefix
notation (mcpServer.<name>.transportType=stdio|sse|streamableHttp), and the
component automatically lists tools, converts them to OpenAI format, and
executes an agentic tool loop when the model invokes tools.
