citrus test pluigin is special as it's kinda facade to call the jbang citrus
plugin indirectly which is not first class.
We should consider making this better so this can be embedded into
camel-launcher so there is no jbang requirement or any magic things that can
cause problems.
So the camel-test-plugin should add the citrus JAR for jbang, but build its own
set of commands like the other plugins so its normal java code, and not that
magic indirect call out to another plugin ...
