Following the namedGroups support added in CAMEL-23154 and CAMEL-23158, this
adds the second pillar of Post-Quantum Cryptography readiness to Camel's SSL
infrastructure: TLS signature schemes configuration via
{{SSLParameters.setSignatureSchemes()}} (available since JDK 20).
