Camel core added Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) readiness to its SSL/TLS
infrastructure via CAMEL-23154, CAMEL-23158, and CAMEL-23159. These changes
introduced {{NamedGroupsParameters}} and {{SignatureSchemesParameters}} in
{{BaseSSLContextParameters}}, enabling configuration of PQC key exchange groups
(e.g. {{X25519MLKEM768}}) and PQC signature algorithms (e.g. {{ML-DSA}}) for
TLS handshakes.
