Since version 3.17 the camel-atom component has not supported idempotent
consumption. The functionality was removed, when the internal RSS component was
replaced in CAMEL-19063.
The migration guide explains the removal, as having been done as part of a
refactoring to support the Resume API
(https://camel.apache.org/manual/camel-3x-upgrade-guide-3_17.html#_camel_atom),
but the resume functionalitety does not seem work propertly either.
I think the Idempotent Consumer EIP makes a little more sence for the component
than Resumable Consumer.
