We should move the diagram render code into a independent module as it would
also be nice to be able to add a JAR to runtime Camel and be able to render
diagrams at runtime. And also this module should be useable for a maven-plugin
so we can generate diagrams as part of build project.
If its just a regular component then we can have a dev-console for this too, so
users can add the JAR to their camel app and have it used for dev tools as
well. And also expose a JMX MBean operator to render this.
And then this module can be reusable for jbang / maven-plugin / quarkus dev
console and 3rd party projects.
